The participant acknowledges that they have read all details, conditions, and terms of the race, and fully agrees to them before completing the registration process. Completing the registration process constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All registration fees paid for any category of the race are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation of the race by the organizing entity.
The participant acknowledges that all data entered during registration is correct and complete, and bears full responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete information provided. The participant also agrees to comply with all instructions and regulations of the event issued by the organizing entity.
The participant agrees to the use of their photos, video clips, audio recordings, and personal interviews captured during the race for media and marketing purposes, without claiming any compensation. This includes publication on the organizing entity’s website and social media platforms.
The participant acknowledges that they possess the health and physical fitness required to participate in the race according to the distance category they have registered for, and bears full responsibility for their health condition. The participant also consents to the provision of first aid or necessary medical care by the organizing entity in the event of injury or medical emergency during the race.
The participant commits to complying with all regulations, instructions, and guidelines issued by the organizing entity. The participant shall maintain proper conduct and respect for facilities throughout the event.
The organizing entity is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims that may occur as a result of participation in the race. Participation is entirely at the participant’s own personal risk and responsibility.
The participant agrees to comply with the age category specified for their ticket. For participating children, the legal guardian bears full responsibility for their participation and safety throughout the event.
The participant pledges to maintain the facilities of the venue and comply with all rules of use. The participant bears responsibility for any damages resulting from misuse of facilities or non-compliance with venue rules.
The organizing entity has the right to modify the event program, dates, times, or any other details when necessary, without prior notice to participants. Participants will be notified of significant changes through official channels.
The participant agrees to comply with all safety guidelines, medical instructions, and organizational regulations issued before and during the event. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the race.
All communications related to the race, including requests, notifications, updates, or any other correspondence, must be conducted through the organizing entity’s official email address only. The organizing entity is not responsible for communications conducted through any other means.
Race numbers will be distributed before the race date, and the collection process will be announced through the official website. Participants must wear their race number in the designated position, clearly visible throughout the entire race.
Registration is personal and non-transferable. The race number may not be transferred or given to another person if the registered participant is unable to take part in the race.
• The participant may request a change to their registered distance (to a longer or a shorter distance) by sending a formal request to the official email address of the organizing entity.
• In the event of an upgrade to a longer distance, the participant shall pay the difference in fees.
• In the event of a downgrade to a shorter distance, the difference in fees shall be refunded after (7) days have passed from the date of the race.
• A distance change request must be submitted no later than (7) days before the date on which the race is held.
• No modification requests will be accepted after this period.
